Here is some info on the property I was telling you about. (it's on almost 3
acres!) Horse Zoned Plus facilities.
It is in a custom area in Thousand Oaks behind Sherwood. With access straight to
the Santa Monica Trails from the back of the property.
House right next door is 2 million + 1.5 across the street etc. I think we can
get it for $800,000 I verbally offered $750,000 which he turned down. He is a
motivated seller and needs to move now. He turned down an offer of $800,000 last
week then called agent back because he changed his mind but the guy bought
something else, so we think he will call us back next week sometime and want to
deal.
The house would probably appraise for 1 million +.
The house itself is dated but in good condition. We could do two things with
this property. Flip it for $950 as is or put $200 k into it for major
remodel and get 2 million +?
